Starting from April 1, 2023, the resort fee will be charged again on the federal territory of Sirius. This decision was made on February 9 by the Council of the federal territory "Sirius". The amount of the resort fee will be 50 rubles per day per person. Payment will be made at the reception upon check-in. Payers are only adult tourists who live in accommodation facilities for more than a day.
The resort fee is exempt from payment:
- persons registered at their place of residence in the Krasnodar Territory;
- preferential categories of citizens;
- persons working in the federal territory of Sirius on the basis of an employment contract, service contract, civil contract and other documents, as well as their family members (spouses, parents and children, adoptive parents and adopted children);
- pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, performers (artists), specialists in the field of education and science, culture and art, invited to participate in educational, scientific or cultural events organized in coordination with the authorized body of the federal territory "Sirius".

The money is planned to be spent within municipalities on resort infrastructure — beaches, embankments, parks, squares. The Government is obliged to report annually to Parliament on the progress and effectiveness of the experiment.
